    The GREEN PASS SCAN 5", Item Code 64.2506.70 (the Device) is developed and produced by Kon.El.Co. Spa to allow the process of verifying the authenticity and validity of the COVID-19 green certifications ( Green Pass) pursuant to the provisions contained in Regulation (EU) 2021/953 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 14, 2021, and in the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/1073 of June 28, 2021. Carried out with the Device is complementary and does not replace the use of the verification tools imposed by the national provisions adopted by each country of the European Union. We therefore decline any responsibility for the compatibility of the Device with the requirements prescribed by the national provisions of the countries of the European Union.
    The Device can be used by subjects (hereinafter, Verifiers) who provide services for the benefit of users for whom possession of the Green Pass is required.
    The Device allows Verifiers to view the user's name, surname and date of birth and to verify the authenticity and validity of the relevant Green Pass (in digital and paper format) by reading the QR code contained in the Green Pass of the user.
    The Device does not allow the registration or storage of user Green Pass data and complies with the provisions of art. 5 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

    INFORMATION TO USERS
    pursuant to Legislative Decree nr. 49 of March 14th, 2014 "Implementation of 2012/19/EU Directive about the waste of electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)"
    The symbol of the crossed bin on the equipment indicates that the product, at the end of its useful life, must be collected separately from other waste. Therefore the user must bring the equipment integrated with the essential components at the end of its life to the appropriate centers for the separate collection of electronic and electro-technical waste or return it to the retailer when purchasing a new equivalent equipment on the basis of one to one, even 1 to zero for devices with the longer side measuring less than 25cms. Adequate separate collection for the subsequent start-up of the discharged equipment for recycling, treatment and compatible environmental disposal contributes to avoiding possible negative effects on the environment and on health and promotes the recycling of the materials of which the equipment is composed. The abusive disposal of the product by the user involves the application of administrative sanctions as per the Legislative Decree nr. 49 of March 14th, 2014.


    The product works with batteries complying with 2013/56/EU European directive and they cannot be disposed of with normal household waste. Please inquire about the local regulations regarding the separate collection of batteries: a correct disposal allows to avoid negative consequences for the environment and health. The battery is incorporated, to be disposed of at the end of the useful life of the product, it cannot be removed by the user. In this case, the recovery and recycling centers can carry out the disassembly of the product and the removal of the battery.

  • INFORMATION ABOUT THE DISPOSAL OF BATTERIES INCORPORATED INSIDE THE ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
    The product works with batteries complying with 2013/56/EU European directive and they cannot be disposed of with normal household waste. Please inquire about the local regulations regarding the separate collection of batteries: a correct disposal allows to avoid negative consequences for the environment and health. The battery is incorporated, to be disposed of at the end of the useful life of the product, it cannot be removed by the user. In this case, the recovery and recycling centers can carry out the disassembly of the product and the removal of the battery.

  • INFORMATION ABOUT THE DISPOSAL OF LEAD BATTERIES INCORPORATED INSIDE THE ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT

  • WARNINGS IN CASE OF BREAKAGE OF COMPACT FLUORESCENT BULBS
    Compact fluorescent electronic bulbs – MANAGEMENT OF LAMP FRAGMENTS
    Operations to be performed if a fluorescent lamp gets broken:
    a) Be sure to avoid damage from broken glass.
    b) Keep children and animals away from the room. Turn off the air conditioning, if there is one.
    c) Ventilate the room by opening the windows for at least 15 minutes before doing anything.
    d) Clean without using a vacuum cleaner but rather use rubber gloves taking care not to inhale the raised dust.
    e) On hard surfaces, use stiff cardboard to sweep away all particles and glass fragments and put everything, including the cardboard, in a plastic bag. Clean the area with a damp cloth and put it in the bag. Do not use soaps or other commercial products. If there are rugs or carpets, see the next section.
    f) Use adhesive tape to remove remaining bits and dust and put everything in the bag.
    g) The plastic bag must be sturdy and must also be closed properly. It should not be thrown away with garbage, but delivered to an equipped center for mercury recovery.
